Call Center Agent

Triage Call Center is the communication hub for our valued customers. It requires to handle incoming calls under timely manner.

To acknowledge and understand the customer’s need about their Home Appliance and Consumer Electronic, we are seeking someone who has enthusiasm in communication.

One of our Key Performance Indicators (KPI) will include the amount of inbound and/or outbound calls made/received per day.

The right candidate should have confidence in their abilities to understand what the customer is in need in a timely fashion.

Good time-management is essential.


  • Good understanding of using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with customer service processes preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Reliable transportation

Initial R&R:

  • Reviewing and monitoring data from service orders
  • Finding trends and patterns of issues and reporting them
  • Finding and resolving incorrect data inputted by users
  • Shift:9:00 am – 6:00 pm(Overtime may be necessary depending on work completion)
  • Job Type: Full-time Required
  • Required education: High school or equivalent
